Video: Man Climbs Tree to Avoid COVID-19 Vaccination in India

A 39-year-old resident of Puducherry, India, named Mutuvel has climbed a tree to prevent doctors from administering the COVID-19 vaccine, as reported by India Today.

Previously, the man had repeatedly ignored opportunities to get vaccinated. This time, doctors have been instructed to bypass obstacles and vaccinate everyone who has not yet received their vaccine, and Mutuvel decided to hide from healthcare workers in a place they cannot reach.

The publication reported that, according to their sources, the man has been adamantly avoiding vaccination due to the requirement of not consuming alcohol for several days afterward.
