Russian President Vladimir Putin personally drove to follow Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko ahead of negotiations in Saint Petersburg, reports the Telegram channel Пул Первого.

The photograph shows Putin exiting the driver's seat of a German Mercedes-Benz ML to greet Lukashenko. Afterward, the leaders of Russia and Belarus proceeded to negotiations, which are taking place at the Konstantin Palace in Strelna.
