The Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict is Over: Aliyev

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is over, and there will be no return to discussions regarding the status of Karabakh, stated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

"Azerbaijan's position is open and clear. We want peace, we do not want war. We have won the war; we are the victors, and this reality must be taken into account. The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is resolved, and there will be no return to any discussions regarding the status of Karabakh or anything similar," Aliyev said in an interview with the Spanish newspaper El Pais.

He noted that Armenia should refrain from hostile actions and work on a peace agreement.
