Pashinyan and Aliyev Hold Private Conversation: Charles Michel
In Brussels, Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev have also spoken without the mediation of European Council President Charles Michel.
"Yes, that is correct," Michel said in response to a question from reporters about whether he had briefly left the room during the negotiations to allow the parties to speak with each other. "It is important for them to talk directly to each other," Michel noted.
