Flyone Armenia Issues Statement on Canceled Flights

FLYONE ARMENIA has issued a statement regarding the current situation:

Dear compatriots, dear passengers,

FLYONE ARMENIA informs that due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (including concerns related to the measures against the coronavirus pandemic raised by Russian authorities), the company has been forced to cancel flights scheduled for December 15th and 16th on the Yerevan-Moscow-Yerevan route. The airline has already ensured the rapid and safe transfer of all passengers of the canceled flights to their destinations.

Our staff is in constant and individual contact with all passengers of the canceled flights to provide the proper delivery of our passengers’ air transportation and all other service packages. No passenger has been 'left out' and there will be no instances of this.

The company’s passenger service department is available for all passengers and is ready to promptly address any possible issues.

We inform you that flights to other destinations will be operated according to the previously announced schedule.

FLYONE ARMENIA apologizes for the inconveniences caused to our passengers and states that it is putting and will put all efforts to overcome the existing issues in the shortest possible time.

We remind you that it became known yesterday that the inaugural flight of FLYONE ARMENIA, recently introduced into the Armenian aviation market from Moldova, on the Yerevan-Moscow route, is to be canceled. The reason, according to hraparak.am, is that Russia has not granted permission for this airline to carry out flights to Russian cities. The flight was scheduled for this morning at 7:00 AM, and as of last night, the online system at 'Zvartnots' Airport indicated that the flight would operate on time; however, it was already noted today that the flight has been canceled.
