Aliyev on Relations with Armenia
Armenia must begin working on a peace agreement. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with El Pais.
“We must learn to live side by side and gradually prepare the ground for the normalization of relations,” said Aliyev. According to him, his country has openly declared that it is ready for this, but supposedly there have been no positive signals from Yerevan until now.
