Hrant Tokhatyan and Bishop Bagrat Are Ready to Be Personal Guarantors
On December 13, 2021, the Bishop of the Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Bagrat Galstyan, retired Major General of the Armenian Armed Forces, and Hero of the Republic Grigori Khachaturov, along with the People's Artist of Armenia Hrant Tokhatyan, expressed their willingness to serve as personal guarantors if Ashot Minasian's pretrial measure is changed to personal guarantee.
