Colleague Accused in the Murder of Soldier Senik Arzumanyan and Injuring Two Other Soldiers: Details

The investigation into the case of the murder of soldier Senik Ashot Arzumanyan, a conscript from the Armenian Ministry of Defense's military unit N, and the injury of two other conscript soldiers continues at the ninth military investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.

Following necessary investigative and procedural actions, several significant circumstances related to the case have been clarified.

It was previously reported that a conscript soldier from the same military unit was arrested on suspicion of the murder of S. Arzumanyan. Based on sufficient evidence obtained in the criminal case, charges were filed against him under Article 104, Part 2, Points 1 and 6 of the RA Criminal Code, and he has been placed in custody as a preventive measure.
