Hysteria Again in Azerbaijan

Hysteria has once again erupted in Azerbaijan regarding reports that the 366th Motorized Rifle Division of the Russian Armed Forces is constructing 14 multi-story residential complexes in the territory of the Ivanian community (Khojaly), in addition to a military base they have built near the airport, as reported by Инфотека24.

It is noted that the Russian army is constructing permanent residential buildings.

It is reminded that according to the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, Russian peacekeepers will remain in Artsakh as long as one of the parties does not demand their presence to be removed, with a minimum period of five years indicated.
