Civil Contract Party MP Hrachya Hakobyan Invited to NSS

On December 7, during a brawl between ruling coalition MPs and aides of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) in the National Assembly, MP Hrachya Hakobyan from the Civil Contract Party was invited to the National Security Service (NSS).

In an interview with 24News, Hakobyan stated that he was summoned to the NSS two days ago and provided details about the dispute but could not disclose any further information.

It is also noteworthy that the assistant to the opposition MP from the Armenia faction, Gerasim Vardanyan, has been called to the NSS as well, but he did not provide an explanation, suggesting that the details of the brawl could be reviewed through the Assembly’s cameras.

Moreover, Sevak Nazaryan, the assistant to Ishkhan Saghatelyan, and Taron Nazaryan, the assistant to Armenuhi Kyureghyan, have also given explanations at the NSS.

Recall that on December 7, a brawl occurred between three assistant MPs from the opposition and ruling party legislators in the National Assembly.
