U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid to discuss bilateral relations, the Palestinian-Israeli settlement, and the situation regarding Iran. This was reported by TASS.
“The discussion highlighted the importance of U.S.-Israel bilateral relations, issues related to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and regional developments, particularly our position that Iran must not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons,” the U.S. State Department's statement said.
