Joe Biden: 'Leaders of Russia and China Would Like to Be in My Position'

U.S. President Joe Biden stated on one of America's popular talk shows that any leader of a nation, including those of Russia and China, would wish to be in his position.

"I have an optimistic view of our country. I don’t know of any world leader, starting with the leaders of China and Russia, down to anyone else, who wouldn’t want to swap places with me," Biden said.

The U.S. President justified his stance by stating that the U.S. has more opportunities, and that science and technology in the states are more developed than in any other country in the world.
