Putin Urges Not to Worry About Russian Army

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that there is no need to worry about the country's army, assuring that everything is fine, as reported by TASS.

According to the Russian leader, the Russian armed forces continue to develop. He emphasized that the military has gone through a significant transformation over nearly 30 years.

“As for our army, do not worry about our army; everything is fine, it is developing,” Putin underscored, commenting on remarks by director Alexander Sokurov regarding alleged issues within the Russian armed forces.

The Russian president also noted that in a complex organization with nearly one million people, problems may arise. “One only needs to read the characteristics of our army from those who declare us an adversary to understand the path of development our army has taken, and where it is now…” Putin added.
