Tragic Car Accident in Syunik: Mercedes Crashes into Parked Kamaz, One Dead

On December 8, a tragic car accident occurred in the Syunik province. Around 10:40 PM, a Mercedes E320 collided with the rear of a parked Kamaz truck at the start of a village in Syunik.

According to Shamshyan.com, the driver of the Mercedes was extracted from the vehicle by the emergency rescue team from the Kapan Fire and Rescue Unit No. 54, who arrived promptly at the scene. They transferred the injured driver to an ambulance from the Kapan Medical Center.

Doctors provided first aid at the scene and then transported him to the Kapan Medical Center. Unfortunately, the injured individual passed away en route without regaining consciousness. The police and investigative department are working to identify the drivers and the deceased.
