Ministry of Defense Denies Information Circulating in the Media

Reports are circulating online that a delegation from Russia has arrived in Armenia. In particular, several news outlets have reported that a special plane from the Russian Ministry of Defense has landed at Erebuni Airport, bringing representatives of Russia's commission on border demarcation and delimitation to Yerevan. Other sources indicate that the visit of Russian representatives is for working purposes and they have come to Yerevan on official business.

Factinfo has been informed by the Armenian Ministry of Defense that no delegation has arrived today on behalf of the Ministry of Defense.

"No delegation has arrived at Erebuni Airport today on behalf of the Ministry of Defense," officials from the Ministry stated.
