28 People Die in One Day in Armenia Amid COVID-19 Surge

As of December 7 at 11:00 AM, a total of 341,058 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Armenia, with 322,406 patients having recovered. Currently, 9,477 individuals are receiving treatment for the virus, as reported by the Ministry of Health.

On the previous day, 6,006 tests were conducted, revealing 240 new cases of COVID-19. There were 522 recoveries, but unfortunately, 27 deaths were also reported. To date, the total number of deaths attributed to the virus stands at 7,718.

It’s worth noting that one death reported the previous day involved a patient with COVID-19, but the cause of death was due to another illness. The total number of such cases is 1,457.

In just one day, 28 individuals have succumbed to the coronavirus in Armenia. A total of 2,411,285 tests have been performed.
