Dalma Garden Mall Fined

In connection with the 9th anniversary of the Dalma Garden Mall, a large-scale event was organized at the shopping center during which anti-epidemic rules and sanitary norms were not adhered to.

This was reported by the Health and Labor Inspection Body of Armenia, stating that an administrative proceeding was initiated concerning the incident, during which it was proven that attendees did not wear masks and did not maintain social distancing requirements.

It is reported that based on Articles 230, 279, 281, 283, and the first part of Article 282 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Armenia, it has been decided to impose administrative liability on the director of
