URGENT: Artsakh Ombudsman Confirms Captured Resident of Artsakh Has Been Killed
The resident of the city of Chartar in the Martuni region of Artsakh, who was captured by Azerbaijani forces today, has been killed. This information was reported to NEWS.am today, December 3, by the Ombudsman of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan.
He noted that the body of the citizen has not been handed over to the Armenian side by the adversary.
