Azerbaijani Side Delivers Body of Slain Resident of Jartar: Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Azerbaijani side has handed over the body of Seyran Sargsyan, a resident of the city of Jartar, to the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Artsakh.
Yesterday, at around noon, Azerbaijani soldiers subjected Seyran Sargsyan, a 65-year-old resident of the Jartar municipal community, to violence and intentionally deprived him of life. The body was transferred by the Azerbaijani side today at the intersection of the Karmir Shuka-Shekher communities in the Martuni region to the State Emergency Service.
Rescuers, led by the service director Mekhak Arzumanyan, transported and handed over the body of the civilian to his relatives.
It should be noted that yesterday, on November 3, around 1:00 PM, Azerbaijani soldiers entered the neutral zone located adjacent to the administrative territory of the Martuni region and committed violence against Seyran Sargsyan, subsequently killing him.
