What Changed That Lapshin Started to Speak Positively About Pashinyan? Hohikyan
Member of the "Liberation Movement" initiative group Nairi Hohikyan wrote on his Facebook page:
"Jewish blogger Alexander Lapshin has been actively giving interviews in recent days, claiming that Nikol Pashinyan is not so guilty in the 2020 Artsakh war, linking everything to unknown and indeterminate circumstances. However, just a few months ago, the same Lapshin referred to Pashinyan as 'Мразь' (a derogatory term) and feared that Pashinyan and Vladimir Karapetyan would kill him. All audio messages and letters have been provided to the National Security Service (NSS) and the court.
What has changed today that the same Lapshin has begun to express positive remarks about Pashinyan? In light of my previous publications regarding the conversation between Pashinyan and Lapshin, and the organization of the Artsakh war through deals, I have suggested to the NSS and investigative bodies to summon Lapshin for questioning as a witness. I have also expressed my willingness for confrontation.
As my colleagues inform me and as published on social media, Lapshin has visited Armenia several times in recent months. Has he ever been invited for questioning regarding conversations with Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Karapetyan? Have law enforcement and security agencies attempted to clarify from Lapshin how accurate are Nairi Hohikyan's publications and facts based on Lapshin's audio messages and letters? If this has not been done yet, I once again propose to invite Lapshin for questioning or for confrontation with me, even at a public level."
