VIDEO: TikToks and Deputy Minister: Who Offered Gayane Gabrielyan a Position in the Ministry of Environment

“I have served the Republic of Armenia for 12 years, I hold a PhD in Economic Sciences, and I recently applied and was accepted to the Faculty of Law at the Academy of Management,” said Gayane Gabrielyan, the Deputy Minister of Environment, during a press conference on December 3.

The offer to become a deputy minister was made within the framework of her professional capabilities and skills. Moreover, the proposal had been under discussion for a long time, as at that moment she was the head of a department in the Ministry of Economy. “We were implementing very important reforms. This refers to the management of public investments,” she noted.

The deputy minister did not respond to questions regarding her TikTok videos, stating, “We can discuss this over a cup of coffee, as it is not a significant issue. I prefer to talk about topics related to my profession and my activities.”
