‘They go to negotiate and sabotage, they lose the war, and then they blame the opposition,’ Abrahamyan to the authorities

Tigran Abrahamyan writes on his Facebook page: 'Various faces of the government—from the executive to the legislative—are queuing up for a series of interviews, the sole message of which is: why hasn’t the opposition done this, or that? The public is demanding answers from the authorities regarding the 44-day war, the thousands of casualties, the captives, the surrendering of Armenian territories to Azerbaijan, handing over parts of Artsakh, and not restoring the security system. And what do they respond? They ask why hasn’t the opposition done this, or that.

If you can’t see your own responsibilities, don’t feel accountable, and are waiting for the opposition to address your unanswered questions, then perhaps it’s time for you to step back. Act as a citizen and demand answers from the opposition regarding your ‘whys.’ They are going to negotiate and sabotage, losing the war, and leading Armenia and Artsakh into new adventures, and then they ask: what is the opposition doing? They even have the audacity to enter public discourse and pose serious questions.'
