Proposal to Build a Skyscraper Business Center Complex in Yerevan
Led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a consultation took place at the government today, during which a number of investment project proposals governed by the "Investment Support Center" foundation were discussed along with issues related to their implementation.
According to the Prime Minister's office, representatives of responsible ministries and companies behind the investment projects attended the meeting. The presented projects were large-scale and pertained to the urban planning sector: one project proposes the construction of a shopping center and residential area in Yerevan, while another suggests a business center complex made up of skyscrapers, among others.
There was an exchange of ideas surrounding the investment projects, with representatives from both interested ministries and investment organizations providing clarifications and comments. Questions related to the feasibility and appropriateness of the projects, as well as infrastructure, urban planning, economic, and other components were discussed.
The Prime Minister emphasized that attracting and promoting investments is a priority for the government, and at the same time, these projects must adhere to architectural and urban planning standards. Nikol Pashinyan instructed those responsible to summarize the questions related to the implementation of the projects in a short timeframe and to continue working with investors to make the projects as mutually acceptable as possible.
