Joint Statement on the Resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict by Co-Chairing Countries

The foreign ministers of the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group have adopted a statement regarding the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which specifically welcomes Russia's mediation efforts. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, during a press conference held in Stockholm following the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.

“Certainly, we would like to see more substantial outcomes from this session, including a political declaration that has not been agreed upon for ten years now, as everyone tries to fill it with their minor issues or by making individual references to particular conflicts instead of focusing on common European problems,” Lavrov stated.
