Ilham Aliyev Responded to Serzh Sargsyan's Speech Through Armen Grigoryan, Says Hayk Mamijanyan

Member of the National Assembly's "I Have Honor" faction, Hayk Mamijanyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Let's note that during the international interparty video conference on 'Global Challenges of the 21st Century: Interparty Platform', Ilham Aliyev responded to Serzh Sargsyan's speech through the Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council, Armen Grigoryan.

It is a fact that Armen Grigoryan is so uninformed that after being the Secretary of the National Security Council for over 3 years and briefly acting as the Minister of Foreign Affairs—with the well-known 'rooster' status in children's games (because no diplomat agreed to take on that position)—he cannot distinguish between the CSTO summit and the expanded meeting of the Eurasian Economic Council.

It is also a fact that as a result of Serzh Sargsyan's 'patient negotiator' approach, the agreement on Armenia's membership in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) came into force on January 2, 2015, following the aforementioned events, and during the military parade dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Armenia's independence in 2016, one of the crucial military equipment acquired by the Armed Forces of Armenia, the 'Iskander,' was showcased."
