Employees of the Prime Minister's Office Involved in a Car Accident Were on a Business Trip to Koti: Office Clarifies

The Information and Public Relations Department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia has provided clarification regarding a car accident on the Dilijan-Ijevan road segment, informing that the employees involved in the accident were on a business trip to Koti to organize the farewell events for the state and public figure Vano Siradeghyan.

“In response to inquiries directed to the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, we inform that the vehicle that was involved in the accident yesterday on the Dilijan-Ijevan road segment is registered with the Prime Minister's Office. In the crashed vehicle were the assistant to the head of the Prime Minister's Office, Hovhannes Poghosyan, and expert Armen Andriasyan, who were traveling to the Koti community to organize Vano Siradeghyan's farewell events. Hovhannes Poghosyan, who sustained injuries of varying degrees, is a member of the burial commission for Vano Siradeghyan. We recommend refraining from misinformation and speculations,” the department's clarification states.

It is worth noting that the head of the funeral commission is Arayik Harutyunyan, the head of the Prime Minister's Office. The state official's burial ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow in the village of Koti, at 12:00 PM.
