Arayik Harutyunyan Addresses Another Significant Event

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots, in this phase of overcoming the significant difficulties following the war, I would like to draw attention to another important event: in the month of November, 178 births were registered in Artsakh. Compared to the previous months, this figure is record-breaking and the closest to the indicators we had before the war. The real guarantee of our success is demographic growth.

I want to assure you that the government will spare no effort to promote the natural and mechanical growth of the Armenian population living in Artsakh through various programs. May all our children enjoy a carefree childhood. Let the newborns be a symbol of the lasting presence and peace of our Fatherland.”
