A Resident of Artsakh Captured by Azerbaijani Forces Has Three Children
Today, the National Security Service of Artsakh reported the disappearance of a resident of the city of Chartar in the Martuni region, a 1956-born individual identified as S.S. It was revealed that he had wandered into an area under the control of the Azerbaijani armed forces and was subsequently taken hostage.
ArmLur.am spoke with David Andreasian, the deputy mayor of Chartar, who stated: “He went out to tend to his livestock, and the Turks came and took him away. Right now, the appropriate bodies are dealing with the situation, and we don’t know what will happen. We have appealed to the Russians and are waiting.”
According to Andreasian, the captured S.S. is married and has three children: two sons and a daughter.
