Residential House Fire Claims Life of Property Owner

On December 2, at 07:46, the 911 call center of the State Emergency Service was notified about a fire that broke out on Baghramyan Street in Stepanakert. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.

In response to the incident, a firefighting unit and an operational group from a special rapid response division were dispatched to assist and contain the fire. Notifications were also immediately sent to the companies 'Artsakhenergo', 'Artsakhgaz', and urgent medical assistance stations.

The fire was isolated by 08:13 and extinguished by 08:50. A partially burned single-story residential house owned by a 59-year-old resident of Stepanakert was found, along with the owner's body.

The State Emergency Service’s State Fire and Technical Safety Inspectorate is conducting investigations regarding the incident.
