This warning was issued by information security expert Samvel Martirosyan on his Facebook page, urging social media users to take this issue more seriously: "Unfortunately, I did not imagine the scale of hacked Instagram and Facebook profiles in Armenia. An incredible number of accounts are getting hacked. It is constant, with no breaks. People approach their account security in a terribly unserious manner. A person can invest a large amount of money, create a store on Instagram, and lose it in one minute due to not considering security. It's like opening a store in real life but not only without a lock on the door, but also without even having a door at all.

"Schoolchildren's accounts are being hacked by the tons, conversations are exposed, disgraceful photoshop works are done, and so on and so forth... Recovering a hacked account is very difficult, and mostly impossible. It's a matter of luck. Therefore, it's better not to let it come to that.
