I have no doubt that a certain process is being prepared regarding Syunik, and individuals with a good reputation and authority in Syunik are being detained. This was stated by Vahe Hakobyan, a member of the Parliament's Armenia faction, during a conversation with reporters.

Hakobyan reminded that the mayors of Syunik continue to remain in custody: “These cases are fabricated, as evidenced by Lusine Avetyan's testimony, in which she said in court that the testimony on which Arush Arushanyan is currently detained was given under pressure,” said Hakobyan, emphasizing that this is a matter of personal revenge against one individual and encroachments on Syunik.

According to Vahe Hakobyan, during the meeting of the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia in Sochi, contradictory statements were made regarding the corridor: “The statements of the President of the Russian Federation and Aliyev contradict the statements of Nikol Pashinyan. How can one go and sign a document when the points included in the November 9, 2020 document have not yet been implemented, the prisoners have not been returned, and the troops are still in place? By the way, Pashinyan stated that the troops were withdrawn on his command, thereby giving a self-incriminating testimony. Soon, all of this will take a logical form, and everyone will be held accountable,” said Vahe Hakobyan.
