We too can paint the world map in different colors: Lavrov on the 'Turkic World' map

Russia can also color the world map in different shades according to the territories inhabited by its "kin groups," covering almost all regions of the world. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov while commenting on the Turkic World map that was presented to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Earlier, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov expressed regret that the map did not feature a large red star at the center of the Turkic World, which historically is located in the Russian Federation in Altai.

"I see nothing shameful in maintaining ties with our kin groups... We also have such regions of our compatriots, and we too can color the world map in different shades. This primarily encompasses the entire post-Soviet space, with a huge number of our compatriots representing the peoples of the USSR in Germany, other European countries, Israel, the USA, Latin America, and Argentina," he said, as reported by RIA Novosti.

It is worth noting that the map was presented to Erdogan by Devlet Bahçeli, the leader of Turkey's Nationalist Movement Party. A photo of Bahçeli and Erdogan was shared on Twitter, showing the "Turkic World" map, which, according to Bahçeli, includes parts of Russia's southern regions, Eastern Siberia, as well as the Balkans, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, parts of Mongolia, and Iran.
