Rockslide Occurs on Road Leading to Korea Gorge

On November 28, at 03:25, the Kotayk regional crisis management center received a report that a rockslide had occurred on the road from the village of Zovuni towards Korea Gorge. The road has become one-way.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan department has been dispatched to the scene. It has been confirmed that approximately 6 cubic meters of rock have fallen from a nearby hill on the road leading to Korea Gorge, making it one-way. There is a risk of further rockslides.
