Remains of Two Tavush Soldiers Killed in 44-Day War Discovered
One year and three months after the war, the remains of two soldiers killed in the 44-day conflict have been discovered. This information was shared by the Facebook page 'Tavush Diary'.
“One year and three months after the war, the sons of Tavush, our missing boys, have been found. The boys have joined the ranks of the immortal,” the statement said.
The first image features Ruben Poghosyan from Berd city, the only male child of a humble family with young parents. Since his school years, Ruben stood out with his bright, captivating smile and positive energy, showing deep respect towards every individual. He inherited exceptional sensitivity to the surrounding world from his artistic, talented mother.
The second image shows Vahe Papyan from Movses village. Vahe had a remarkable character, being a friendly, humane, and patriotic young man, fully aware of the seriousness of military service; everyone recounts that he was devoted to the army.
“Eternal glory to you, our brave warriors of conscience and honor. We are grateful to you for every peaceful day and every morning we have. May your soul and body find true peace and rest in the embrace of God and Mother Earth,” the message concluded.
