Only Time is Given to Clean Weapons for the Next Shot: Vardan Voskanyan

Member of the "Homeland" party and Iran expert Vardan Voskanyan wrote on his Facebook page:

Those who know me are aware of how optimistic I am, but I want to note that if some believe that the dictator of Baku will refrain from aggression and occupation based on some another paper, they are mistaken.

No document will restrain him, as papers merely provide time to clean weapons for the next shot. Therefore, only those living in illusions can believe that without restoring and modernizing our military, a piece of paper can open a "peace era."
