It Turns Out How a 22-Year-Old Young Man Found Himself Among Azerbaijanis
Today, through the mediation of Russian peacekeeping forces, Armenian citizen Mkhitar Musayelyan, who had found himself among Azerbaijanis due to getting lost on November 23, 2021, and Armenian citizen Aren Aramyan have been handed over to the Armenian side.
The National Security Service of Artsakh is undertaking relevant measures to clarify the circumstances under which the citizen of Artsakh crossed to the Azerbaijani side.
The Armenian Ministry of Defense reported this morning that on November 26, Azerbaijan transferred two captured citizens to Armenia: Mkhitar Ernest Musayelyan (born in 2000) and Aren Zhirayr Aramyan (born in 1993).
Earlier, the National Security Service of Artsakh had reported about the disappearance of M.M., a resident born in 2000 from the Ashan community of the Martuni region, on the morning of November 23. As a result of measures taken following the alarm, it was established that the mentioned citizen of Artsakh had gotten lost in the morning and found himself in a territory controlled by the armed forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where he was taken captive.
