The head of strategic research Alvina Aghababyan wrote on her Facebook page: “As a result of the aggression Azerbaijan launched against us on November 16 in the area of the Republic of Armenia - Jermuk and Sisian, more than 30 servicemen were captured. On November 22, Azerbaijani soldiers kidnapped and captured Mihran Musayelyan, born in 2000, from his field in the village of Asha in Martuni. Today, ahead of the meeting in Sochi between Putin, Pashinyan, and Aliyev, Azerbaijan returned Mihran Musayelyan and one of the captured servicemen, Aren Aramyan (the fate of the other soldiers remains unknown).”

“And this will be presented to us as a display of Azerbaijan's ‘goodwill,’ and in return, Azerbaijan will surely demand something. And this will always be the case... If this is the ‘era of peace,’ then I want the ‘era of war.’”
