Driver Gets into Car, Starts Engine, and Vehicle Catches Fire

Today, on November 24, an emergency incident occurred in the Armavir province. Around 14:50, the 911 emergency hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report that a vehicle was on fire on Vazgen Sargsyan Street in the city of Ejmiatsin.

According to shamshyan.com, traffic police cordoned off the area and temporarily halted traffic on the street to allow firefighters to carry out their work.

The firefighters extinguished the fire that had broken out in an Opel vehicle. According to preliminary information, fortunately, there were no injuries reported. The driver approached the vehicle, got in, and after starting the engine, noticed that the car was on fire and immediately called 911.
