A Niva Collides with a Parked Mercedes and Rolls Over Near the Mikayelian Institute
Today, on November 24, a serious car accident took place in Yerevan. At around 09:30, on Hasratyan Street, 78-year-old Alexander Shadoyan, a resident of the Syrian Arab Republic, collided with a parked Mercedes vehicle owned by 31-year-old Erik Hovhannisyan, a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan at the scene, preliminary reports indicate that fortunately, there were no injuries, although the Niva rolled over. Police officers from the 2nd platoon of the 1st company of the Patrol Service of the Republic of Armenia, led by company commander Aram Dadoyan and platoon commander Nikolay Avetisyan, quickly arrived at the scene.
The same platoon's officers, Zhora Hakobyan and Robert Ghazaryan, are carrying out enhanced service at the location. The emergency specialist from 'Rosgosstrakh Armenia' insurance company, Arman Safaryan, also arrived swiftly at the scene.
