Citizen Born in 2000 Lost in Area Controlled by Azerbaijani Armed Forces

The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh is taking measures to return a resident who has found himself in an area controlled by the Azerbaijani armed forces due to getting lost.

This morning, the National Security Service of Artsakh was notified about the disappearance of M.M., a resident born in 2000 from the Ashan community in the Martuni region. As a result of actions taken based on the alert, it was determined that the mentioned citizen of Artsakh had ended up in a zone controlled by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan due to getting lost and was subsequently detained.

The incident was immediately reported to the Russian peacekeepers, who verified and assured the safety of our citizen. Currently, negotiations are underway to return M.M. to the Armenian side. This was stated in a press release from the National Security Service of Artsakh.
