Video: At least 5 dead, 40 injured in Wisconsin Christmas parade incident

Yesterday in Waukesha, Wisconsin, at least 5 people were killed and around 40 others were injured after a vehicle drove into participants of a Christmas parade.

“We can currently confirm the death of 5 individuals, with over 40 injured. However, these numbers may change as more information becomes available,” said local police.

The police have announced that it is still unclear whether there is a connection to terrorism. It is known that a “person of interest” has been taken into custody. Meanwhile, it is not specified whether this refers to the driver of the vehicle or not.
