Major Chain Accident in Yerevan: 5 Cars Collide

A major chain accident occurred today in Yerevan. Around 00:20, vehicles including a Mercedes CL 550, Toyota Camry, Toyota, Lada Priora, and Opel collided in front of building 1 on Argishti Street.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan's information from the scene, fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the accident.

The patrol officers from the first battalion of the Yerevan division, headed by battalion commander Aram Dadoyan and squad commander Harutyun Grigoryan, arrived promptly at the scene.

The medical emergency team from Yerevan's 1-03 service also arrived quickly; however, the drivers and their passengers refused medical assistance.

Representatives from insurance companies also arrived at the scene swiftly.
