Brothers Went to Settle Accounts. Gunshots Were Fired. A Stabbing Incident Occurred

The investigation department of particularly important cases of the RA Investigative Committee has uncovered several circumstances regarding the incident of intentionally causing serious harm to the health of two residents of Yerevan as a result of large-scale investigative and procedural actions.

According to the Investigative Committee, based on the factual information obtained during the investigation, a 37-year-old resident of Yerevan, accompanied by a 47-year-old acquaintance, went to the bathhouse in Rostovyan Street owned by the latter along with his two brothers on December 4, 2018, around 21:30, to clarify personal issues.

During the conflict that erupted at the mentioned location, the 37-year-old man, with the intent to inflict serious harm to his acquaintance, fired random shots from a factory-manufactured smoothbore pistol that he had illegally acquired and carried towards the acquaintance and his son's friend, intentionally causing them serious and moderate bodily injuries.
