What is the Situation in Jakatun? Robert Gukasian Provides Details

Robert Gukasian, an advisor to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, is currently in Jakatun. He shared this information on his Facebook page. ArmDaily.am spoke with Gukasian to find out the situation in Jakatun.

"We are helping the people in any way we can, addressing issues related to fuel and food. We are trying to solve any problems that arise promptly," said Gukasian, adding that liquefied gas will also be supplied to the village soon, until the road opens.

According to Gukasian, at this moment, off-road vehicles are traveling on the road blocked by the enemy. He noted that there is no panic among the residents. He claims that there are no medical issues in the village.

"There is an ambulance available, as well as a group of doctors," he stated.

Regarding the teaching issues in schools, Gukasian mentioned that those teachers who were supposed to come from Kapan to conduct lessons are doing so online, while there are no issues in kindergartens.
