Karin Tonoyan on Gurgen Sargsyan, who blew himself up in the trenches

“5165” movement leader Karin Tonoyan wrote: “This is Gurgen Sargsyan. A young man who, during yesterday's battles, sent back his three comrades who were with him in the trench after being injured with four others, and he blew himself up with a grenade, taking several Turkish soldiers with him. He is a hero, but people like him should live; our best should not be sacrificed for the implementation of their sinister plans. The nation must understand that its cream is dying, those who do not surrender, do not leave their friends behind, consider their homeland more precious than their life... and by freeing ourselves from these incapable authorities, we will save the lives of such boys. Every moment of theirs costs us several precious lives; we need a strong-willed and patriotic government that can fight, negotiate, and get our Homeland out of this trap... And it is not impossible, believe me, it is even very easy if a group of patriotic individuals, a team, comes to power—not one, but a group...”
