Sofia Hovsepyan: The Written Application Should Be Prepared with the Help of Serious Specialists

“Do you know why they haven’t submitted a written application? Because they have been busy all day making foolish statements instead of preparing for any questions that might arise,” wrote former MP Sofia Hovsepyan on her Facebook page, addressing the reasons for not appealing to the CSTO.

She particularly noted: “The written application should be prepared with the help of serious specialists, but have they left the specialists aside, or have they dismissed everyone and filled the ranks with frivolous people? You can say what does it matter, of course it does not, and the 'friends' are obliged to fulfill their commitments. However, if they had known there was a procedure, they should have submitted the application as soon as possible. In a week, they will submit a written application, when they finish the renovation of the entire corridor... A hopeless, headless state...”
