Several Soldiers' Relatives Travel to Syunik for Information
Several residents of the village have taken shovels and climbed the mountains to assist the soldiers during engineering work.
Following the Azerbaijani military's attack on Armenian positions in Syunik on November 16, several parents of soldiers have traveled to Syunik to obtain information about their children, reports Sputnik Armenia’s correspondent from Ishkhanasar.
Some of them, leaving their vehicles in the closest settlement to the fighting, Ishkhanasar village, tried to ascend to the positions, villagers reported.
At the same time, the head of Ishkhanasar, Marat Petrosyan, denied this information in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia, emphasizing that they would not be allowed to go there.

It is reminded that on November 16, around 13:00, Azerbaijani military units initiated another provocation direction towards the eastern border of the Republic of Armenia, shelling Armenian positions. After that, local fighting began. As a result, the Armenian side lost 2 combat positions.
On November 16, around 22:30, the fire was halted with the mediation of the Russian side. On November 17, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reported that as a result of the escalation on November 16, the enemy has up to 70 dead and wounded, while on the Armenian side there is 1 killed and 13 captured. Communication with another 24 soldiers has been lost during the fighting, and their fate is currently unknown.
