VIDEO: Who Fell from the Stage During the CP's Campaign in Kapan
A video has surfaced online showing an incident during a campaign event for the Civil Contract party in Kapan, where a member of the party falls off the stage.
Later, ArmDaily.am reported that the young man who fell was Arkadi Lalazaryan, a local presenter from Kapan, who fortunately did not sustain any injuries and did not seek medical attention.
