Bardzravan Residents Receive Bread via New Road Amid Unbearable Conditions, Says Kocharyan

Today, I delivered bread to the residents of Bardzravan village via the newly constructed Goris-Tatev-Aghvan-Kapan road. The conditions are quite unbearable; it was difficult to pass through as on one side there are ongoing construction works while on the other side it is snowing, raining, and muddy. It's an absolutely incompatible situation, said Goris Deputy Mayor Karo Kocharyan in an interview with Aysor.am, addressing the situation created after the placement of Azerbaijani checkpoints along the Goris-Kapan road.

“At the moment, I am heading to my territories and villages to get acquainted with the situation. I delivered the bread. I transported the bread from Goris using the municipality's vehicle, and the Bardzravan village mayor met me halfway to take it,” said Karo Kocharyan, adding that he also delivered fresh food to the local kindergarten in Bardzravan.

Regarding the Shurnukh and Vorotan communities, the Goris Deputy Mayor reported that other officials from the Goris municipality have been designated to deliver bread and necessary supplies to these villages as well, using the municipality's vehicles for transport.

Karo Kocharyan found it difficult to say whether there are issues with drinking water or essential supplies in the aforementioned three communities. “I cannot say until I familiarize myself with the situation on the ground,” he noted.
