Resident of Artsakh Commits Suicide by Hanging from Ceiling

An investigation has been launched by the Artsakh Investigative Committee into the suicide of Murad Tsatur Arzoumanian, born in 1949, who hanged himself from the ceiling of the roof in front of his private house located in the village of Khndzoresk, Askeran region at approximately 15:50 on November 9, 2021.

The case has been initiated under part 1 of Article 109 of the Artsakh Criminal Code. According to the Artsakh Investigative Committee, an investigator from the territorial investigative department has been dispatched to the scene. Relevant investigative and procedural actions are ongoing to clarify the circumstances of the incident. The pre-trial investigation is continuing.
